How long does a typical HVAC installation take?
A standard split system is usually completed in a day. Ducted reverse-cycle and ducted gas systems typically take 2–3 days. Hydronic installs vary based on the system type and floor plan — we'll give you a clear timeline with your written quote.
Do you service and repair HVAC systems you didn't originally install?
Yes. Our service team works on all major brands — Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Rinnai, Brivis, Actron and others — regardless of who installed it originally. Book a pre-summer or pre-winter service or call us for a same-week repair.
What warranty do you offer on new installations?
Every system comes with the manufacturer's warranty. Major brands offer extended warranties on request.
Can I see systems running in your showroom before I buy?
No, not running. We only have them on display for you to have a look at. Drop in any time we're open.
